Operations

Graduates will get a solid understanding of lean manufacturing, supply chain networks, logistics management, and procurement tactics. In order to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness, they will be able to plan, analyze, and optimize business operations.

Using approaches like Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM), students will learn how to evaluate, rethink, and improve operational processes. They will be capable of finding operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and putting data-driven fixes in place.

Using Agile, Scrum, and other project management frameworks, graduates will become proficient in project planning, execution, and risk mitigation. They will be prepared to oversee major projects, make the most use of available resources, and guarantee prompt delivery of goods and services.

Students will discover the critical roles that data analytics, IoT (Internet of Things), AI-driven automation, and ERP technologies play in contemporary operations management. To improve decision-making, they will obtain practical experience with analytics software and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, SAP).

In order to handle challenging operational issues, graduates will hone their analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making abilities. They will gain knowledge on how to estimate demand, plan resources, and cut costs using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
