B.A. (General)

In the fields of sociology, history, political science, economics, psychology, and philosophy, students will gain a thorough grasp. They will learn how to evaluate and interpret important political, social, and economic issues in India and around the world.

The curriculum encourages critical thinking and gives students the tools they need to assess various viewpoints, analyze complicated problems, and formulate well-supported arguments. Graduates will be able to use these abilities to successfully address issues in the real world.

By honing their oral and written communication skills, students will be able to communicate concepts in an engaging way. Students will gain proficiency in academic and professional writing, public speaking, and interpersonal communication with an emphasis on English language and literature.

The program places a strong emphasis on developing students' research abilities, which include conducting independent research, gathering pertinent information, critically analyzing sources, and producing academic papers with a clear framework. Graduates will be ready to conduct both theoretical and applied research.
