What you will achieve after completing this program
Pupils will get a thorough understanding of Hindi literature from the ancient, medieval, and contemporary eras. They will be able to recognize literary movements, interact critically with texts, and recognize how Hindi literary traditions have changed throughout time.
Graduates will gain a solid understanding of Hindi, including its grammatical rules, linguistic constructions, and stylistic variances. They will be able to produce, translate, and edit content with more precision and sophistication as a result.
The curriculum places a strong emphasis on developing students' capacity for independent research. In order to analyze texts and write academic dissertations, students will learn how to create research projects, apply critical approaches, and use literary theories.
In order to expand their analytical framework, students will learn how to approach literary texts from a variety of theoretical and critical perspectives, including structuralism, postcolonial theory, feminist theory, and Marxist criticism.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (such as B.A. or an equivalent qualification) from a recognized university. A background in Hindi or related disciplines (Hindi Literature, Language Studies, or Linguistics) is preferred.
Candidates are required to have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in their undergraduate program.
