B.A. (General)

Students will gain a solid conceptual grasp of key subjects such English literature, sociology, politics, history, and economics. This extensive body of knowledge enables students to think critically about the world around them by assisting them in interpreting historical trends, societal changes, cultural dynamics, and political systems.

Graduates will acquire the skills necessary to challenge presumptions, examine information, assess claims, and reach well-informed conclusions. Students will gain the skills necessary to evaluate difficult issues from several angles and offer well-considered, logical solutions, whether they are analyzing a work of literature, a historical event, or a societal issue.

Students who take English language and communication classes will become more proficient at clearly expressing themselves both vocally and in writing. Graduates will be able to communicate confidently, precisely, and clearly in social and professional contexts, whether it is for public speaking, professional reports, or academic articles.

Through the introduction of social science research methods, data interpretation, and report writing, the program cultivates students' curiosity and intellectual discipline. Students will gain knowledge on how to perform literature reviews, apply critical frameworks, and effectively communicate their findings—skills that are especially helpful in the fields of academia, media, policymaking, and content production.
