Students will acquire thorough understanding of the main literary eras, from the medieval and Renaissance to modern and postmodern literature, as well as the sociopolitical environments that influenced these movements. Students can place texts within larger literary traditions and cultural discourses because to this historical foundation.

Through a variety of theoretical frameworks, including structuralism, feminism, postcolonialism, psychoanalysis, and ecocriticism, the program develops students' critical analysis skills in literary texts. Pupils gain the ability to critically engage, challenge presumptions, and perceive many levels of meaning.
