Human Resources (HR)

Graduates will exhibit a thorough comprehension of the fundamental theories, concepts, and practices of human resources, including hiring, selection, training, performance management, pay, benefits, and employee relations.

Graduates will be knowledgeable about the laws, rules, and moral principles that control the working relationship. These include legislation pertaining to privacy, labor standards, workplace safety, and equal employment opportunity.

Students will be well-versed in both written and spoken communication, which will allow them to interact with a variety of stakeholders on HR-related issues, such as clients, managers, employees, and regulatory bodies.

Graduates will show that they have the capacity to establish and preserve good rapport with coworkers, settle disputes, and advance an environment at work that values cooperation, mutual respect, and trust.
