The course imparts a thorough understanding of media accountability, journalistic ethics, and the legislative frameworks that regulate communication in India. Students gain knowledge of how to professionally and ethically handle matters pertaining to defamation, freedom of expression, media regulation, and responsible reporting.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university (approved by the University Grants Commission – UGC).
The degree can be in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, or any other stream.
Generally, candidates are expected to have scored a minimum of 45% to 50% marks in their undergraduate program.
